ITINERARY

Day 1. Ho Chi Minh [Arrival]

Arrival in Ho Chi Minh. We welcome and transfer you to hotel. Rest of the day is your leisure time to explore the city on your own.

Day 2: Ho Chi Minh [visit Cu Chi]

In the morning, we'll start by exploring the Re-Unification Palace, the former residence and office of the South Vietnamese President during the Vietnam War, a key site in the war's conclusion. We'll then visit the Notre Dame Cathedral, a splendid example of French colonial architecture, and delve into its fascinating history. Our morning tour concludes at the War Remnants Museum, offering a stark perspective on the Vietnam War's brutal realities.

In the afternoon, we journey 60km from the city to Cu Chi. Here, you'll get the chance to navigate the complex Cu Chi Tunnels, a remarkable underground network crucial to the Vietnam War effort. Experience a slice of history with tea and cassava, typical guerrilla fare during the war. After exploring these historical sites, we'll return to the city, completing our insightful day tour.

Once we have finished our time in Cu Chi and sampled the traditional food and beverages, we will make our way back to Ho Chi Minh City, concluding our one-day tour.

Day 3: Ho Chi Minh – Mekong Delta

After breakfast at the hotel, we'll leave Ho Chi Minh City and set off for Ben Tre. Our excursion includes a scenic boat ride along the Mekong River. During this trip, we'll have the chance to visit a charming, family-operated business that epitomizes the serene rural life. Additionally, we'll enjoy a leisurely walk through a village known for its lush fruit plantations.

Day 4: Mekong Delta – Ho Chi Minh

At about 6:30 in the morning, we'll start our day with a pick-up for the Cai Rang floating market tour. This bustling wholesale market for fruits and vegetables is most active early in the day. We'll continue our cruise through the intricate network of small channels and stop at a village famous for making rice noodles. You'll also get to experience the unique 'Monkey Bridge' in the Delta.

After a lunch break, we'll make our way back to Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 5: Ho Chi Minh – Hoi An [Arrival]

In the morning, you have free time to relax or explore Ho Chi Minh until we transfer you to the airport for your departure to Hoi An.

Upon arrival at airport, we welcome and transfer you to Hoi An. The remainder of the day is for your relaxation at the hotel or for free exploration of Hoi An

Day 6: Hoi An [Visit My Son Sanctuary]

After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, we'll embark on our day's adventure, beginning with a visit to the My Son Sanctuary, a UNESCO World Heritage site. This remarkable historical site showcases a unique culture that blossomed between the 4th and 13th centuries, deeply influenced by Indian Hinduism, on the Vietnamese coast.

In the afternoon, our journey continues on foot through Hoi An town. Here, we'll explore the vibrant local market, step back in time at the Tan Ky house dating from the 18th century, admire the Fu Jian Assembly Hall - A 17th-century temple dedicated to Mazu - And marvel at the 400-year-old Japanese Covered Bridge. These visits will beautifully illustrate the rich, multicultural tapestry of Hoi An's history.

Day 7: Hoi An – Hue

In the morning, you have free time to relax or explore Hoi An until we transfer you to Hue.

Upon Hue, the remainder of the day is for your relaxation at the hotel or for free exploration of Hue

Day 8: Hue City Tour

Established as the capital of unified Vietnam in 1802, Hue was not only the political but also the cultural and religious center under the Nguyen dynasty until 1945.

We start the tour of Hue by getting a boat trip to Thien Mu Pagoda and learning of the horrific history of the Hue Buddhist massacre. We then continue our visit at the Citadel and Hue Royal Antiques Museum. Visit Dong Ba Market and have lunch at a local restaurant.

After lunch, visit the tomb of King "Minh Mang" and Tomb of King "Khai Dinh". Proceed with our tour at a nearby village where people are making incense sticks and conical hats

Day 9. Hue – Hanoi

In the morning, you have free time to relax or explore Hue until we transfer you to the airport for your departure to Hanoi.

Day 10. Hanoi City Tour Full Day

This tour is designed to immerse you in the rich history, culture, and beauty of Hanoi, offering a glimpse into its past and present. From ancient pagodas to historic relics and serene lakes, you'll explore the iconic landmarks that define this vibrant city.

We begin with a pickup from your hotel, followed by visits to culturally significant sites, including Tran Quoc Pagoda, the Ho Chi Minh Relic Site, and more. After lunch, the journey continues with exploration of the Thang Long Imperial Citadel, Temple of Literature - Quoc Tu Giam, and the legendary Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son Temple. The tour concludes with a water puppet show.

Day 11: Hanoi – Halong Bay

Morning: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Then the car will pick up passengers depart for Halong Bay

Upon arrival at Halong Bay, we will board the vessel and enjoy a delectable lunch. As we dine, we'll cruise through thousands of stunning islands and islets

Afternoon: The group will continue to visit according to the cruise's program, and can visit Bright Cave, Dark Cave, etc.

Evening: enjoy a romantic dinner on the yacht. Freely enjoy the nightlife of Ha Long Bay from the deck.

Day 12: Halong Bay – Hanoi

In the morning, breakfast will be served on board. We will then proceed to cruise to a Pearl Farm village and continue exploring the enchanting Halong Bay, navigating through numerous captivating islands and islets.

During lunch on board, we will make our way back to the pier before transferring back to Hanoi.

Day 13. Hanoi – Sapa

After breakfast, I will pick you up at the hotel and transfer you to Sapa.

Upon arrival, enjoy a tasty lunch of local Vietnamese dishes. After relaxing, we embark on a short trek to Cat Cat village. This village, home to the Black H'mong ethnic group, is nestled in a deep valley near the base of Fansipan Peak.

With a knowledgeable guide, we explore the village, witness daily life, and visit the picturesque waterfall that once powered a French-built hydraulic power station. The trek covers 3.5 km and lasts about 2 hours.

We return to Sapa Town by 5:00 PM.  Rest of the day is your leisure time to explore the city on your own.

Day 14. Sapa – Hanoi

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel in Sa Pa town, and embark on a new day filled with more exciting trekking adventures.

The trekking distance is approximately 12 km, lasting for 4-5 hours. We start our trek, pass through the rice terraces in Muong Hoa valley, and reach the village of Black Hmong, where we can enjoy the spectacular landscape of Hoang Lien Son Mountain. A late lunch will be prepared for you near the craft center, followed by a visit to a village school. Later, we make our way back to Sapa town and return to Hanoi.

Day 15: Hanoi – Ninh Binh

After breakfast at the hotel, a car and a tour guide will pick you up to depart for Ninh Binh.

Upon arrival, the tour guide will take you to visit Bai Dinh Pagoda, a famous pagoda that holds many records. Afterward, we will relax and have lunch at a local restaurant.

In the afternoon, the car will take you to Trang An wharf, where you will board a boat to visit the Trang An Thai Ecotourism Area, where limestone karsts, valleys, rivers, and caves intertwine to create a magical and mysterious space.

At the end of the tour, we will make our way back to the car to return to Hanoi.

Day 16: Hanoi [leisure]
