Eligibility

Tour Bookings
The Platform allows you to search, compare and book packaged tours provided by VIVAGO. When booking a tour, you will enter into a direct contract with VIVAGO.

Payments
You must pay the tour fees on time as per the contract. VIVAGO reserves the right to refuse service if you do not pay on time.
Cancellations
If you cancel a confirmed tour booking, cancellation fees will apply as per VIVAGO’s tour cancellation policy. You should carefully review this policy before booking a tour.
Complaints
You have a responsibility to promptly notify VIVAGO of any complaints relating to the tour so VIVAGO can attempt to remedy the issue. VIVAGO encourages you to submit complaints in writing through the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIVAGO disclaims any warranties and is not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from the use of VIVAGO’s services.
Changes to Terms
VIVAGO reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Your continued use of the services after such changes signifies acceptance of the amended terms.
