Day 0. Hanoi → Ha Giang

The evening before your tour, we will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi around 10 PM using a comfortable sleeper bus and transport you to Ha Giang City.

Upon your arrival, expected at approximately 6 AM, our team will be ready to welcome you. Enjoy breakfast and/or coffee, and feel free to change into more comfortable attire if desired, before setting off. For those opting to self-ride, there will be a designated period to familiarize themselves with the vehicle.

Day 1. Ha Giang → Yen Minh

After breakfast, we head to the Ha Giang rocky plateau. You must decide whether to take a shortcut or go through the forest to get to Yen Minh town.

A captivating destination to explore in Yen Minh is the enchanting pine forest, extending for several kilometers across low hills. From there, you can enjoy the fresh and cool air. Look down from the hill, the panoramic view is truly spectacular, with roofs peeking out behind the mountains and lush green grass painting a serene and picturesque landscape.

Day 2. Yen Minh → Dong Van

For a better experience, consider taking the small backroads instead of the main ones when riding to Dong Van. This way, you get a glimpse of villages and local life along the route. Then, we descend to the turquoise Nho Que River winding through the Tu San Canyon. Descending, we embark on a delightful river boat journey through the majestic canyon cliffs. The overnight place is a large hotel where you can relax after a long day.

Day 3. Dong Van → Meo Vac

In the morning, we ride the winding mountain roads to Meo Vac, marking our entry into the renowned Ha Giang Loop. The road between Dong Van and Meo Vac is considerd the most beautiful part of the loop and the Ma Pi Leng Pass might just be the reason for that! This stunning mountain route takes you to an impressive 2000m altitude.

At the end of the day we arrive in Meo Vac.

Day 4. Meo Vac → Du Gia

Embark on a ride from Meo Vac to Du Gia, choosing between a technical mountain path or a tarmac route covering 75km. If fatigue sets in, do not worry—the hotel and services are at your disposal. After a short homestay break, explore attractions like Du Gia Waterfall and Du Gia National Park.

To reach Du Gia Waterfall, journey 5 km from the town. Revel in the breathtaking natural scenery and explore the inviting swimming pools.

For nature enthusiasts, Du Gia National Park is a must-visit. Encounter rare animals and plants like Sua Bac, Thong Do Bac, Ca Dac monkeys, and brown serow within the park’s pristine environment.

Day 5. Du Gia → Ha Giang

After breakfast, we are on our way back to Ha Giang, savoring breathtaking views of valleys adorned with lush rice paddies. The tour concludes with a brief sightseeing excursion in Ha Giang.

Following that, return the rented motorbike and board the private bus back to Hanoi. Alight from the bus at the hotel and take a rest. Finally, wrap up the 5-day Ha Giang Loop Motorbike Tour with a farewell party at a local restaurant.

Upon arrival in Hanoi, bid farewell, and the tour comes to an end!
