Yes, itineraries may be adjusted due to weather conditions or other unforeseen factors. We will notify you as early as possible.

It depends on each tour. Generally, cancellations made 7–10 days before departure incur little or no fee; 3–5 days may incur 30–50%; last-minute cancellations may be charged up to 100%.

We will offer alternatives such as rescheduling, changing to another tour, or issuing a refund according to supplier policies.

Depending on the tour, we use modern air-conditioned vehicles ranging from 16 to 45 seats. Some tours include hotel pick-up and drop-off services.

Accommodation ranges from 2–4 stars depending on the package. Hotel details will be provided prior to departure.

Yes, we can arrange a single room for an additional fee based on the hotel’s single-room policy.

Typically:

  • Under 5 years old: free of charge (sharing seat/bed with parents)

  • 5–10 years old: 50–75% of adult price

  • Above 10 years old: charged as adults

Yes. However, for certain tours with high physical activity, we recommend informing us of any health conditions beforehand.

For flight-based tours, luggage follows airline regulations. For bus tours, there is no strict limit, but we recommend traveling light.
